Dawn is in Starfall.
I can't, even though I want to, get behind Arthur Dayne being Mance. There are many good theories to prove he is, but it's just not enough. In the fight at ToJ many die including Hightower, Whent, Glover, Dustin, and Cassell. I don't think after they all died Ned, Howland, and Arthur would be like ok ok timeout. This is what we are going to do.
Also, Rhaegar was too interested in the Dragon has three heads prophesy. He knew he had to have another child. I can't not believe Jon isn't that child.
