UnCat is definitely going to be killing some more Freys, in that I think she's about to take over Riverrun and kill all the Freys and Lannister men stationed there, with Blackfish in tow. Tom o' Sevens is in Riverrun now, and it shouldn't be all that difficult to convince some of the men of Riverrun to open the gates to Riverrun for the Brothers without Banners.
I'm betting on Sansa or Littlefinger being the one who kills Walder Frey though.

I think Walder is so dishonorable that he will kill himself by jumping off the bridge. He is too much of a POS to let anyone take their revenge out on him.
