And one of the Tyrells (Loras, Margery, or maybe even the Queen of Thorns) has to be almost certain to be a POV I would think.
I wouldn't mind a Manderly POV either.

I was fairly sure he said that. Arianne was supposed to be in Dance with Dragons, but he moved it. So I think after that, he wasn't planning on adding anything new. I can't find a link or anything though, and even if he said that, he could change his mind.
