I don't think Varys is a blackfire (although it would explain why he keeps his head shaved). I think Loras is meeting with Aegon trying to marry his sister to him. His host that was supposed to take Dragonstone will instead meet up with Aegon and march on Kings Landing with the backing of the Royal Navy and the Tyrells throwing open the gates from the inside.

This also brings me to the Pink Letter. Is it possible that Mel finally realized that Jon is the PTWP and wrote it knowing that Jon would try to go and save Stannis and liberate Winterfell thus getting the Nights Watch involved in the quarrels of the realm causing Bowen Marsh and others to kill him, thus freeing him from the vows he took as a sworn brother knowing that he would never forsake them on his own volition?
