2013 MLB Mock draft

Who are some of the big name prospects for next years draft?As an Astros fan all i have to root for these days are the Astros getting big name prospects.

The MLB draft is a bit different from football and basketball. We don't tend to know the standouts for top 5 or so until a good bit closer to the draft (Stras and Harper are exceptions). There will be names that start to put up but its really a crap shoot.
At this time last year, Lance MCullers and the Williams (Trey, Nick) were getting love as potential number 1 picks. They ended up going nowhere near number 1.
ETA: Since Mark Appel didn't sign, he'll be a name we hear a lot about.

Meh, yes and no. We knew Gausman was a top 5 pick. This happens with every draft.

I thought Stanek was a Frosh this year? Is he draft eligible after this season?
