Just moved to Ballston from MoCo. Going from 8 + percent income tax to around 4.7 or so..., gonna be the titties. 
frick Maryland's local income tax. I work out of Annapolis and its beautiful out here. Western MD is great as well. Anything east and north of Elliott City, mostly northeast, is not a place I want to visit.
