I have a Gaggenau electric deep fryer built in and it's perfect. It requires 220 though so bear that in mind. I have a 52" Viking natural gas that works great. Good regulation, minimal flare up and big enough to cook whatever you like. Only problem I've had is the igniter going out but I've had that on every grill I've ever owned. I just use the aim and flame. I have a duel Viking side burner that is good as well. All of these are 12 years old and I don't see why I can't get quite a few more years out of them. I have the egg as well. I also have a Manitowoc 400 lb commercial ice machine which is 10 years old as well with no problems. This brand has a great performance rating and a great warranty. I have a duel mop sink and a large dishwasher for big pots. I went cheap on this and it gets a ton of use. Beat up but works fine. It will be the item I'll have to replace.
