B/c Bolden is better right now, has faced major college football competition, because Bolden has faced SEC defenses.

That's why he would be the number 2 QB.

That's still an ongoing competition, IMO, as neither guy has done anything to separate or dismiss themselves from the job.

Rivers has practiced against the LSU defense for Almost 2 years

I'd take him over bolden anyway of the week

I don't know if Bolden is better than Rivers. I can't say one way or another.

What I can say is that it doesn't concern me that Bolden is struggling a bit one week into practice in a brand new offense.

I think a lot of people watch football at such a high level that they don't realize all of the work and time that goes into playing the game. Very, very few players can walk into a new program and immediately make a positive impact. I don't think anyone, including the coaches, expected him to step on campus and immediately be the 2nd best QB on the team.
