Just bought an infrared oven

Still trying to figure it all out. Baked potato last night seemed to take as long as a convection oven. But my frozen pizza tonight did cook quite a bit faster and is cooked very good. Anyone else have one and want to share some tips?

I'm gonna roast my Tofu Turkey on that rotisserie this thanksgiving.

Is it a NuWave? If so they are okay. Chicken does really well, keeps it moist.
