marijuana per this article?

"More college athletes are turning to marijuana. In 2009, the NCAA's anonymous survey of more than 20,000 athletes found that 22.6% admitted to using marijuana in the previous year. In 2005, the previous time the survey was conducted, 21.2% of college athletes admitted to use in the prior year."

Bring fake dicks with clean urine into their testing like Vinnie Chase did.

High profile NCAA sports have more scrutiny.

cause you might only get drug tested 2 or 3 times a year. one of those is more than likely when you report in august or july. they just take that chance. go pee in a cup that morning, go smoke that night. good for a few monthes. But the thing is, when you get caught your first time, drug tests are more frequent for you for an entire year. so if you get caught, you will more than likely be drug tested every month or every other month for a full year.

When you get busted for the first time, the punishment is minor and the media never hears a thing.

Most athletes are smart enough to quit after the first or second failed test.

Rules are Rules

And it has nothing to do with LSU

But

Are we suppose to believe that Dre Kirkpatrick started smoking weed after he left college?

When that many athletes are doing maybe its time to reassess the policy.

My old Navy roommate has heard 6 or 7 players tested positive, not sure how he heard this without anyone on here hearing it.

Shyrone Carey was a smoker. Did ricky williams smoke in college? Im thinking get detox, get clean piss, or knew around when they would be tested.

They do, you just don't hear about it. When the regular fan finally hears about it, it's probably the 3rd or 4th time the player has been approached about the issue. These guys don't get in trouble for strike 1. If it gets to the point where TM7 is now, you can bet the player has serious issues and he is totally addicted.

didn't we cover this already?

In D1, that percentage drops to 16%.

And the study says that the vast majority of those are in sports nobody cares about. Like 50% of men's Lacrosse. . .and 40% of girl's water polo.

That inflates the percentages a bit. I think marijuana use is expected in certain sports, because they are black-dominated.

But the truth is that not everyone is that short-sighted, particularly if they have a shot at the next level.

TM7 was just a selfish a-hole, plain and simple.

He clearly didn't give 2 shits about LSU, it's fans, or any of his teammates.
