Oh and check these sites for the 2012 app. It makes picking what food you want to try so much easier. This is an article for the 2011 app to show you what it's like and a link to the 2012 app.

You really need to consider also purchasing tickets for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon after party even if you have no intention of running any of the events. It was one of my most memorable nights on Disney property with a high energy atmosphere. The food and wine kiosks were set up, several attractions were open late, and most of the park was opened until 3am. We stayed the entire time, was exhausted the next morning, but it was simply awesome.
After party
Also, consider the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween night while you’re there. The Magic kingdom is awesome and the Haunted Mansion gets some special treatment and theming. I love visiting Disney this time of year, and it is by far my favorite (and I’ve visited during every major holiday). Now I’m getting jealous. If you have any specific questions, please ask.

Going for the LSU / Florida game. Having a hard time deciding on 2 days at the festival or 1 day visiting Magic Kingdom for the Halloween deal.
