Will OBJ be able alto handle kickoffs and punts or does somebody else get the job?

obj, turner, and shep on kicks, obj on punts

they said obj..
i still don't see why RS doesn't return kicks of some sort. i'd rather the risk/reward with him than OBJ.

OBJ did it last year when TM7 lost those duties

Magee has a shot to take the punts
Posted on 8/10/12 at 1:39 pm to TigerStripes30
I could do that. Or you could go frick yourself. Either/or.

Huh? He would be among the least likely I would think. You need someone who is shifty back there on punts IMO.

You don't think Magee. Is shifty?

Magee isn't shifty? Just seems like a lot of work for OBJ since he's the #1 receiver now. It was worth it with PP and Tyrann because they were so dynamic with the ball in their hands and so much better than anybody behind them. While great, I do t believe O'Dell us quite on that level.

Les said during the press conference that Odell would take over punt return duties. He did not mention specifically who would handle kick offs.

It should be Turner. He's dynamic and you're not risking losing your #1 receiver.

ODB will not do both all of the time.

The risk associated with playing a guy on returns is one of the biggest myths in football.
When is the last time you saw a guy get seriously injured returning a kick?
Gunners and the guys they hit, maybe, but not the actual return man.

Not really. I could be wrong but to me he doesn't look like a prototypical punt returner.

I bet Landry will return some punts now.

He has the swagga to do a good job at it I think.
Also, why not put Jerrard Randall back there considering he is getting buried on the QB depth chart
