Not recruiting quality kids in the first place...
Coaches, Miles included, recruit some "Questionable kids" on the grounds that maybe they can help learn and turn themselves around, like HB. Kid grew up/played in tough part of N.O., but had the grades. What he did most of us over 45 did and thought nothing of it. Now, everything is a federal crime. I'd rather his violations than those of sexual nature/violent nature, etc., you get the picture. (E.g., getting drink and grabbing a young co-ed's tits. What's worse? It's about winning and the pressure we put on the coaches. Can you imagine if we had let Cecil Collins get away? I'll be crucified for this, but No.l 7 DOES NOT have a crucifiable drug problem. He has to learn that we're not in 1975 anymore, and a positive piss test for wacky weed is in this day and age a step down the path to 6 mos. in jail, instead of what used to be the same as a speeding ticket and a $35.00 fine. But, being an LSU player, all these 11 year olds whose old man payed $125.00 having a higher standard. Anyone who pays $125.00 so his kid can have a No. 7 "HB" jersey is an idiot, ab initio (to begin with). We'll find a new star, and HB, who gave us such thrills (and the pride of your school having a player receive) an invite to New York) will be forgotten). If I offend those attendees of the Universal Apostlic Baptist and Don't live Like I do, But Like I say, I simply apologize for any offense. (By the way, please don't vote for anyone who will raise my taxes $1.00 per year so maybe we can try education with these kids). Sorry again if I offend.

Wonder if Saban and perhaps other coaches might-ve looked away at HB's 1/st/2nd "mishaps"?

I'll miss watching TM7 fly around and cause havoc as much as the next guy, but no one player is bigger than the TEAM

Goober that was a pretty stupid post.
