If you can convince a chef to do it, your taste buds will say yummy. Have him split the lobster, clean out the head, then with nothing else done to it, deep fry the thing. It is done when a little bit of browning begins to show on the meat. A side of drawn butter, and remember you can get a good measure of meat from the legs.
