In my opinion, this was a con job
they knew he needed more work done but to say so would have dropped him in the draft..
So they say "minor scope" to keep him out of the Combine without alerting the NFL teams.
Now it's been 6 months for the scope to heal, Doctors can now perform the more serious procedures that he needs without it costing him Millions.

Hillis wanted too much money, became a total prick, and really isn't all that great. The Browns made the right move getting rid of him
