Exactly...how many rookie starting NFL RBs stay healthy? Especially those with an injury history? I was always going to steer clear of TR. Now, it's a lock.

so he's having surgery now. just got this email from draftsharks

** ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that Browns RB Trent Richardson is "tentatively" expected to undergo arthroscopic surgery to "clean up a loose particle of cartilage" in his left knee. It's the same knee that Richardson had scoped back in February. It's been giving him trouble recently, and the surgery is considered "minor" and "proactive." Still, the procedure will put Richardson's availability for the season-opener in question -- not to mention costing him valuable training camp reps. That left knee will be a concern all year too, especially for a guy who's never handled the rigors of a 16-game NFL season. Richardson is looking like a much riskier pick now than he was 24 hours ago. We just bumped him down our rankings. If T-Rich does miss time this season, Montario Hardesty and Brandon Jackson would likely split backfield duties. Neither would be a strong fantasy play.
