Simon is literally the player I'm most excited to see on the D side in a few weeks. You know what your getting from Mathieu, Sam, and Mingo(All-SEC, All-American Ballers), but Simon could seriously become a more dominant corner than Claiborne. At 6'2" 190 something, his size and speed are elite for a corner. If he could learn to catch like Claiborne, he could lead the SEC and potential top 5 in the country in INTs. He already blankets receivers when he's in man and now he's training on being a shutdown corner taking down one side of the field.

To watch these young DBs from the past few years, grow and become so damn dominant has been one of my most favorite things to see. I hope they can pass the torch like this for years to come.

I feel the same way. It's obvious that he has recognized where he needs to improve and I, like yourself, think he is going to follow suit ie; PP7 and MC.
