I really don't think expecting a good effort from the wait staff and the kitchen is too much to ask when charging the prices they charge. I've gotten neither in my past few visits, so I won't be going back. There is better Italian and steaks to be had in Baton Rouge at the same price point.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt Politiceaux...I can appreciate someone who goes to a restaurant and incorporates service, atmosphere, etc along with the actual dish as well when evaluating. I do the same. But I've gone two times (small data set), and never had any problem with service or the kitchen. It's been seamless for me.
