I ordered to 9 oz filet minon. While it may have been the most tender piece of meat I've ever had, it greatly lacked any salt or pepper and was pretty flavorless

i'm not going to tell you what to order, but if you go to a place known more for their seafood and italian food and you order the steak, i'm not surprised it was underwhelming. the one downtown the one time I went was quite good

Actually, for a while, LV was the best place to go get a decently priced steak that was of great quality. That's not so much the case anymore though.

But I do agree with you. I've had nothing but great experiences at LV.. but I only go to the downtown location, and it's not really a "nice" night out to me because I go for Italian food. A $15 entree isn't fine dining. I guess if you go and get the $50 specials and overpriced cocktails, I can absolutely see why you'd be disappointed.

It's a tricky place because it's completely possible to go and drop hundreds.. and completely possible to go and spend $60.

When I went with my mother, we got the bread.. 2 beers each.. and each got an Italian dish which comes with a salad. Spent $50 before tip.
