Greatest coach in LSU football history bar none!
Saban wasn't here long enough to claim that honor, and Les has had by far more success at LSU than any other coach including Saban at LSU.
I don't know why people can't understand this.

bullshite. You can have just as much argument for Saban as the best coach ever at LSU. He did something Miles didn't do. That's take a program in complete shambles and turned it into the national powerhouse it should've been 30 years ago. Much of what he did to this program and how it's structured is still going today.
You can hate him all you want being Bama's coach but you can't take away what he did to this program. Because he's a program builder, you can definitely say he's every bit as good as Les here. Les hasn't proved he can build any program. All he's done is maintain LSU and nothing wrong with that. We wouldn't be here today without Saban. That's the sad truth some of you don't want to realize. Give respect where it's due. I'd say it's tied with Miles and Saban. Maybe giving Saban the slight edge because he built us into a national powerhouse.
If Miles wins it all this year, then he's the best coach we ever had.

Easily, but the reason its not widely accepted by national media and fans is because hes so goofy and different.
I like him just the way he is, he'll win it all this year and he'll be recognized for it.
