Van Pelt is one of the better analyst on ESPN seemed a little surprised especially since LSU has no returning QB, even though they are viciously loaded everywhere else. Obviously, the coaches poll thought no returning QB at LSU gives the same LSU an advantage. Of course, having a 6-5 gunslinger waiting in the wings went into some of the coaches thinking.

Yeah, no returning QB definitely a plus. I can't think of another team who got better by losing 2 starting QB's...

Oklahoma in the hunt again...You've got to be kidding me. The next time we have a few off years, we've got to discover and hire Oklahoma's ad and PR agency.
