It's cuz he he's not real good. Geez, the guy just didn't work out. Bennie Logan exceeded all expectations and Shep fell short. You win some and you lose some. The shame of it is that if Shep had been properly rated as a three star everyone would be cool with him. Folks might call him a scrappy overachiever.
