I will eat at a chain if I have to, but I am lucky enough to live in a city where chains are not that prevalent so I don't have to rely on them.

Shane's Rib Shack
Pseudo Fast Food:
Zaxby's
Five Guys
Panda Express
Chipotle
Panera
I like most of the fast food places for what they are. Quick when I am on the road.
Also, donut places and Starbucks and that ilk.
