I noticed something interesting in the show description:

quote:

Bill is shaken by a distant memory. Helped by Claude and his sisters, Sookie and Jason visit the site of their parents' deaths, with shocking results.

I would do cartwheels if we find out that Bill killed Sookie's parents. That would explain why Bill had a file on Sookie in his office that had newspaper articles from the 80s

Okay, the twist on the Terry and Smoke monster thing was good.

Sookie's story with the Vampire that killed her parents just got more interesting. Looked like Jason has heard the Vampire's name before.

Don't know who pointed a gun at Hoyt.

And I don't know what kind of scheme Bill is trying to pull here.

I had to walk out of the room for a minute during that part. What name did she hear?

I always thought bill was responsible for Sookie's parents but it looks like it's some unknown vampire.

Much better episode this week.

Laffayette and Pam remain two of my favorite characters.

Tara still sucks on multiple levels.

Alcide is a noble character and taking V would lower him.

Nice to see him get some after being cock blocked so many times in the past.

Some non American name, or at least I've never heard it. Like Wookie. I can't remember.

But his appearance reminds me of the Vampire in that recent movie Priest, black hat.

The name is warlow.

I think this won't be the last time we'll see JD and Alcide throw it down. I was really surprised to see Marcus's mom still support JD. I really thought she was coming around to see what a POS JD is. Oh well, I guess she's fine with her head in the sand.

I thought I was watching a porno with Alcide and the new chick for a few moments there. I'm not complaining though.

I wonder what Bill's plan here is. It's probably going to be the kind of plan that stabs Salome and her flunkies in the back. Is the chick that bill was feeding on dead?

I really like how the writers are showing how vampires and werewolves can be complete abominations at their very core. Refreshing and different change of pace from previous seasons.

Very good episode.

I feel the same way about Pam. Before this season, I wanted her staked, but now she is redeeming herself by being a good maker to Tara.

Creepy bastard is what he is.

"My mad face and my happy face are the same." Love some Pam.

Good episode. Glad to have Laffy back in rare form.

So great that Pam is getting a bigger role this season

Why the hell was she resurrected?

Because she has a following among many True Blood fans?

I am on the record here and elsewhere that this show has fallen so far as to now be a parody of its former self, worth watching only to make fun of the ridiculous script and look at tits....

however - for the first time in a couple of years I enjoyed this episode on another level.

I too hate Tara, but Pam is a great character and the relationship may rescue Tara after all. As much as I have wanted her off the show, it was awesome to see Pams gift to her.

Finally some real "human" type tension and emotion from Bill and Eric. Loved seeing Eric take the high road while Bill struggled. He must be up to something, or has he really broken bad.

Even the Warlow and Terry shite was mildly interesting, and I have not cared about that whole group of characters in years.

The Hoyt/Jessica and Sam/Luna shite was pretty good. Thank sweet baby jesus they didnt kill off Jessica, as the heat level on this thing would really suffer without her.

The show got a lot darker, and actually put the characters in some difficult moral situations. Hopefully they keep it up.

When Sam & Luna rescue Jessica, Luna smell a big woman that smoke, could it be Hoyt's mother?

Did Tara have some fake knockers installed this season?
