Meh. I don't have any problem with Penn State suffering these sanctions or anything worse. It is actually a small amount of retribution that the school deserves. However, it never really was or should have been an NCAA issue, IMO.

PSU agreed with it and signed off on it, so there is no issue as it applies to this case. I thought I made clear in each of my posts that I was talking about the expansion of the NCAA's oversight/power and not the PSU incident specifically.
