Yes, I just listed Dell/HP because most of their gaming systems ship with the AMD 7xxx series cards like yours did, which AMD offers little to no driver support for, and obviously your manufacturer doesn't either.
Do those steps, nothing is going to go wrong, it's just going to reinstall the new AMD 12.7beta drivers and the profile for it.
