Yeah the auto-detect thing doesn't work for the 7xxx series cards.
AMD sucks, pretty much.
Awful driver support, you are pretty much screwed.
Just go by the tray icon and at least you'll know when you are on Intel and when you are on AMD.

The problem is the icon is always there regardless if I unplug or not and nothing pops up to ask me to switch? So I can never update my drivers from the amd site? It can only come from my manufactures website? are those driver even any good? I just don't get why they wouldn't have support for their newer cards wtf
