D&B is fairly played out, in most any city. BR not a major metro. BR now has brewpubs, billiard joints, people play video games online and PC/Phone, far too many Calendar-esque menus in BR,etc..BR also with a new mega-casino opening to attract it's adults attention..

D&B and Quarters, etc..slept that window of loose money pre-2008 economy fallout in entering the BR market..

Opening one now, will be a typical BR period of Warholian curiosity/great prosperity, then fade to a nightcap for fans of the Pee Pool Park off I-10..then close down eventually..or it's pool felts becoming worn out like a Celebration Station putting turf..as it it's owners bleed dry.

Re: Putt-Putt, Fun Fair Park, Celebration Station, Laser Tag of BR, Skate City, Leo's, Space Port, Don Carter's, etc..

I'm rooting for them, but this will not end well. Louisiana isn't some culture sparse, plastic major metro, where the D&Bs prosper selling mediocre fodder..

Then again, Hooters and Twin Peaks, and crApplebees, all do brisk biz in BR..what do I know?
