A couple people said ESPN, a couple Yahoo. 1 said either or. 1 said anything BUT ESPN.

Since it was already set up and rolled over into this year I just decided to keep it on NFL.com.

So... Sunday Sept 2 at 8pm is good?

Check my post just below this post here: LINK

Changed QB passing points to 4 from 6
Changed points per passing yards from 1 per 15 to 1 per 25

Added negative points for INTs and Fumbles LOST -0.5 points per

Had mixed responses to the roster spots. I'm leaving the flex position and # of RBs alone but decreasing the bench spots from 6 to 5. We'll see if that helps add to the pool of available free agents this season. If need be we can make another change next season.

Only one person was FOR making the league PPR. I'm also a proponent of that but 2 of us isn't enough to warrant the change. Hopefully with the reduction in QB points and adding negative points, that will make games a little more competitive.

One other thing we haven't discussed but I didn't think would be an issue... I changed the divisions around this season.

Team, This year, Last year
cdaniel76, 1, 1
touchdown moses, 1, 2
WorldsGreatest, 2, 1
stonedbegonias, 2, 2
DCBJR6, 1, 1
C, 1, 2
LSUTigers23, 2, 1
Lurkingnomore, 2, 2
tigerNation09, 1, 1
Big D of the LC, 1, 2
LSUomaha3, 2, 1
jembeurt, 2, 2

Booo! I've been putting together my sheets based on lots of flex spots...

So the setup is:
QB
RB
RB
WR
WR
Flex
TE
D
K
?

Is the flex spot for TE as well?

Yes. Our flex spot is a RB/WR/TE spot.

Sorry. As commissioner, I will only allow 1 flex spot, max. In my mind, allowing players to start 3 or 4 WRs or RBs per game will only lead to a "slim" free agent pool. Team owners will stock up on WRs or RBs in their bench spots. multiply that by 12 teams and you could end up with virtually NO quality free agents. This is the issue we had last year and I'm trying to prevent that.

Flex (RB/WR/TE)

I already showed you the math works, but whatever. I'm going to enjoy taking each of yours lunch money!

I saw your math. I can see where you're coming from but what you didn't include in your equation is what if 8 of our 12 teams decide to heavily load their teams with WRs because having a lineup setting like you want allows for them to start 4 WRs every week. (or exchange RBs for WRs in this example)

That leaves absolutely shite left for the free agent pool. Let's just try the one less bench spot first and go from there.

Then load up on stud rb and TEs. That's the beauty of my setup, you've got flexibility to put the best team on the field. And there was only two flex spots in my setup. So I had less players than you.
