His AVG is that high? I always pegged him as a HR or K guy.

If a man with 609 HR doesn't make the Hall then they should stop inducting folks

He's a slightly inferior version of Frank Thomas, the most underrated player of the 90s. What is it with the White Sox?

I love THOME. but.............

Thomas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Thome. Frank was a beast and hit over .300 most of his career.

Thomas. barely. Its a shame they canceled the '94 season just so we could have seen how great a season Bags would have had.

Wow, that is pretty damn impressive. God, hated when he was with the Tribe but always have respected him as a player.

agreed, but i just love thome. always seemed like a throwback player, like he had all this natural strength, but didn't look like a bagwell or thomas

You could make an argument for that. Throw Konerko up there too. Just don't understand why Paul doesn't get more love.

Ummm over 600 home runs and well over 2,000 hits and you hope he gets in? He's one of the few HoF locks who are still active right now.
