Do not waste your time on Chuy's. Overrated. Hugo's is a much better choice. Irma's Southwest Grill is nearby where you are also.

Irma's is terrible. Was there for lunch on Friday and hated it. Bland food and the service was subpar. Only good thing there is the guacamole.
