I wanted to serve wings three ways, but need some good recipes, please. I was hoping for a good one for hot wings, garlic-parmesan, and one other to try.

Good thread! I was just thinking about this last night because I'm all beefed out right now and ready to cook up some poultry. I'm going to smoke these wings instead of fry them so I need recipes that will complement the smoke flavor. Garlic parm sounds good so far.
For hot, I usually mix Crystal with a little olive oil and Hooters sauce and it's ok but I want to try something new.
