I'm a little late to the party but here's my input from the last two pages:

1. Frank was our leading scorer again this year despite the mid-season injury. There's no denying he's losing a step or two but there's also no denying he's a central part of the team on and off the pitch. Definitely want him back for a year or two before he comes to Amurrica!

2. I'm not totally OK with entering the season with just Torres/Sturridge/Lukaku, but more OK than some. Frank is one of the best scoring midfielders in the game, and Mata/Hazard/Marin are all attack minded. Add to the fact that Cole and Maicon are two of the most offensive defenders in the game/Luiz and Terry play striker every two games or so, I don't think goals will be hard to come by. That being said, if something were to happen (injury, Torres being Torres, etc) there isn't much option to fill the void.

3. Great article.

4. What's everyone else's thoughts on Mikel? He seemed to surge into a larger role when RDM took over. Some games he was very solid and some games he was extremely forgettable. Just wondering what everyone else thinks.

Never been a big fan and thought he was pretty pointless most of the time but he really played quite brilliantly in the CL run. Hopefully it was finally a turning point for him but if we are going to try and play a more attacking brand of football I'm not sure how he fits in.

He disappears way too much IMO, and tends to be the main reason a lot of teams beat our d. Not a huge fan here.

Where does Maicon fit into this talk?
