What is this boards opinion of him ?

I honestly have never seen him play a game. I've only seen highlights, which of course of him are terrific.

Any insight on this guy ?

and also I know he was a top recruit out of HS. I think #1 player in the country. Was supposed to go to Okie St.

he really played well at the end of last year with New Jersey. Albeit a horrible team.

Athletic and can shoot. Im not sure he plays much defense.

I read on Twitter that NJ is going to try very hard to re-sign him.

Small sample size, but when he played more than 30 MPG last year (6 times), he averaged 20 PPG and shot 50% from the field and 46% from 3 (17-37).

Well he started playing good for the spurs, or was that danny? .... no wait, I think if I'm getting it right Gerald is the dumb one. Worth a shot if we can get him for the low.

He really re-dedicated himself once he was out of the league.

Yeah, there were happy to not have to trade him to get Johnson. They either plan to use him or trade him. I doubt they let him get away. Prokhorov got the Nets for only $200 Million. That kind of discount will pay a lot of luxury tax.

yeh, i'm looking at his stats on espn and it is obvious he had a breakout season last year. Shot the ball from the floor at a high rate (48%), good percentage from beyond the arc (39%).

We know he's an incredible athlete.

and this is the big question mark.

He played pretty well at the end of the season with the Nets. I think him being ousted from the NBA humbled him a bit. He'd be worth a look and I think and upgrade over Belli.

Yeh, I just was thinking with JJ on board, DWill, new contracts to Crash and Lopez. I thought that maybe Green will be the man left out, especially with Brooks already coming off the bench, and we could possibly sneak in there and sign him.

I watched it about 5 times in a row to look at the stunned reactions of the Rockets players on the bench.

He's my favorite free agent.
I love this dude. no homo.

he's athletic, he can get to rim, decent shooter, and he'll come cheap.
He would definitely be an upgrade from anything we have at SG (other than Eric Gordon).

He's listed as a SG but he's more than big enough to play SF... and a better option than Aminu for sure.

I would love to see him or Terrence Williams on this roster. Big, athletic swingmen who can get out and run
