Is your engine carbed or injected? First thing to do is remove the fuel filter and dump what is in it in a clear jar to see if you have any water in your fuel tank.
Second thing to do is check to see if your fuel pump is working. Chances are that you have an electric fuel pump if the boat is not that old. If you do have this, just disconnect the discharge hose and crank the engine over. Watch out, if pump is good, gas will shoot out.
