Yea dude, it frigg'n sucked!

Naturally it would happen after we get to the complete opposite side of the river just before dark. Luckily we were able to flag down some good ol'boy in a small bass boat that was willing to tow us back to the closest landing.

To top it off, after getting the boat loaded on the truck I catch a flat as I am pulling out of the landing. Spare tire? Not so much! It apparently got stolen while it was parked on 72nd street last week at my mechanics house.

Ended up having to park it at the Wal-Mart out there that was conviently closed, untrailered it, and double timed it back to Zachary to buy a new spare. We did not end up getting home till almost damn near 1:00am.

Moral of the story: frick owning a boat!

ETA: If you see Bulldog this week make sure you let him know again how much I appreciated his help.
