I thought the 250's required the higher octane also.

The marina sells 87 and diesel. Thats it.
A new motor is about 20k and I have an offer of 6500.00 for the old motor. Thats a lot cheaper than the boat new which is over 60k the way I have it rigged!

The older 250's require 89. The new 4.2l requires 87.
