Kansas St. (traditional doormat)
Oklahoma St. (traditional doormat)

W. Virginia
(Missouri)

(Houston, Rice, SMU, UTEP, etc.)
Schools with 55,000 seat stadiums and a barren wasteland right next to the stadium don't get tier 1 status.

Gundys agent is floating his name around for another raise IMO, that's his job. It's gonna take something better than the arky job to get him to uproot his kids from the place they have grown up and burn the bridge with his alma mater.
