If we go the defense route then the only two college guys I would be interested in would be Dantonio and Strong.
If not those two then I would prefer an NFL guy with an outgoing personality and not a Willy Robinson type who just sees X's and O's.

this is the most important part. If they can make it to the NFL their Xs and Os will be fine but a lot of times it seems they don't have the personality to recruit in college.
