Al was all over our bball coaching search thread last spring as well telling us that we would hire a mid major.

I know things didn't work out in the long run for Del Rio in Jacksonville, but I think he is a pretty good coach. Definitely worth Arky pursuing. I understand the offensive side of the ball concern, but he brings a shitload of expertise and intensity to the defensive side. Something that shouldn't be overlooked, especially in the SEC.
