Why? The question was the greatest LSU Tiger ever, not the best pro post-LSU. Once a player makes the pros, his contributions to LSU on the field/court/diamond, etc are over. Further, the question posed looks at the athlete at his stage of development while at LSU, not after. Pistol Pete Maravich. Anyone who names anyone else never saw him play, and that's not to be rude, dude, but to simply state a fact. 44 a game...with 3 point line, the best estimate I've seen is 54.6 game...FOR THREE YEARS!!!!!
