Wade fishing Big Lake

I've fished big lake for 5 or 6 years now, and I have always wanted to wade fish in the shallow pools left after the tide goes out. Anybody got any suggestions as to where to go or park?

Only surf fishing I did was at Rutherford, Johnson's Bayou and Constance beach.

You can wade Joes cove. Put in @ Dugas landing. You can also wade the east bank of the lake, put in @ Heberts for that.

I know where to go when I'm in the boat, I just don't know any good spots to wade fish at, or where I would leave my truck. We normally put in at ellender bridge or spicers, but you aren't gonna wade fish there.
