You see it as an LSU fan that is taking this stuff way too personal. This idea that a kid because he was born in La and turns out to be an elite football player that he some how obligated to go to LSU because that's what LSU fans want is ridiculous.

Even more ridiculous is the notion that it would cost her, her job. There are way more people that don't know or don't care about where Landon Collins went to college than do, especially in NOLA. Not every one in La is an LSU fan, nor are they obligated to be one. Landon Collins is no more a traitor than Sam Montgomery, Patrick Peterson, Spencer Ware, Kelvin Sheppard or any of the other OOC commits LSU has now. People need to accept that kids choose to got to different schools for different reasons and be happy we have an elite program that can replace those guys with comparable OOS players.
