Either a wacky worm or a jig works pretty good. Colors i use are watermelon red, black n blue flake, and green pumpkin. I haven't been in bout a month. I probably wouldn't fish south because of the fresh water. That's where the bayou runs into the lake.Good luck...

Wacky Worms work the best for me when bass fishing. And the good thing is, they're not expensive.
