I've always heard that canadas taste better than snows but they're no where close to specks. I've never eaten one though, so take it fwiw

but no, they're tough I've heard. People shoot the hell of them up north but that's cuz they don't have our supply of specks

Goose breast, filleted, stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese, and grilled on the pit are awesome!

middle of the road as far as geese go...I eat them, because I like to hunt them, but all geese pretty much suck IMO....ok if you can kill enough of them to fillet breasts and make sausage, though...

They probably taste no different than American geese. Canada Geese taste good, though.
