What's amazing to me with this commitment is the last 8 have been from out of state. What's up with that?

I hope you realize JJ was made into a dual threat QB and did not come off natural for him. JJ mostly threw the ball in high school. Given that, I just let things play out and hopefully a Gerrard Randal or Jennings tear it up on the field.

You take the best players from the available pool that fill your needs.

I suspect if the WR from Sealy wants to come we will take him and there a handful from La. we take no matter what but if we miss here or there on a couple recruits then we will back fill with some lower rated guys (rating is based on our coaches rating not some guy working for rivals a year before a kid even plays his Sr. year)

Player development / talent on the field has never been as good as its been the last 7 years at LSU. Check the draft...

Relax, we will field an exceptionally talented team for the forseeable future. Les ain't perfect but worrying about who he signs and why is a waste of energy. Wait until it actually manifests itself into a problem on the field.

I think lester learned from the jj and J. lee deal. Neither guy was worth a damn. I bet he signs a couple extra QB's over the next 5 years just to make certain we have ample talent in the wings.

We are tearing it up! We still have some big OOS prospects out there too...I expect at least 3 more OOS ones to commit
