With all the people that come from Houston to LSU, I am very suprised this has not been done before....

Biscuits > Kolaches. simple.
i moved here from Louisiana to Houston.
The first time I saw a Kolache, my reaction:
KK: "What the hell. I don't want a roll for breakfast"
CoWorker: "It's not a roll, it's a Kolache"
KK: "Yeh whatever, you people need to learn to appreciate biscuits not tacos and sweet rolls for breakfast"
Coworker: "......get one and take a bite"
KK: "Is this cheese, sausage, and jalepeno? I'm sold"
