The Heat need a Stephen Jackson

Not just somebody who can consistently hit the 3 and open up the court a bit for Lebron and Wade (though they desperately need that), but somebody with a mean streak who actually seems like he gives a frick. Someone who has the balls to get in Lebron's or Wade's faces and tell them to get their shite together. Someone with some fight.
I'm not sure there's going to be anybody like that available this offseason, but if they are going to keep Spoelstra, I think there gonna have to find that fiery guy to have on the court if he's not gonna be on the bench. Somebody needs to slap those dudes around every now and again. I thought Wade had that personality, but it seems he's more of a bitcher/pouter/whiner than leader.

I agree, but it doesn't look like Riley is coming down to do that. Who else is there that is available and would actually entertain taking the job?

Do they really though? I think Mike Miller, James Jones, Battier and Chalmers are all pretty consistent 3 point shooters.

Yep, because I seriously doubt either one of them would fear Stephen Jackson. You would need a seriously mean mo fo for that. Charles Oakley type guy. lol. Honestly, If I'm Riley I swallow my pride and see if I can land Phil Jackson.
