I just went and ate some raw green pepper because of this thread

Start by cutting the pepper long ways. I make a crab stuffing and spoon it in to the pepper. Bake it at 350 till stuffing is cooked. I like to broil it for about 3-5 mins before I pull them out so that they become very crispy.
