My family has one....I bought one for my boyfriend at the time about 7 years ago from a breeder in Tennessee and my Mom told me to go ahead and pick up one of the littermates for my younger brother. Every time I go home the running joke is for me to take him back to Tennessee.
He's not a good dog but he is family now. A lot of his bad behavior is probably from the lack of training he failed to receive when he was a puppy from my brother....
He is SOOOO hyper and will eat just about anything. The dog destroyed a couple of pecan pies one Thanksgiving and tried to get into the pecan praline King Cake I brought home from NOLA.
He's a really good looking dog though and has been great around my three nieces. He just loves attention and loves to play. Make sure you have enough time (and patience) for the family to give him a lot of outdoor play time to help with the hyperactivity of the breed.
